What happened

I was picking a part from [REDACTED] using a metal pole to pull the part weighing 11.68 lb towards me. The pole got caught on the metal mesh at the back of the bin. I pulled on the pole to release it and it came loose and hit the right side of my face causing my tooth to crack.
