Assisting pateint to the bathroom

What happened

Pt. ambulated to restroom & upon sitting fell to the floor. With assistance from the family present we attempted to lift him. I went & squatted down placed my arm under the pateint family did the same on opposing arm but we were unable to lift the patient off the floor. I heard my left knee pop but was unaware of the extent of the injury. I called for assistance & 3 other nurses came to assist. Also a PT helped assist.
