What happened

Employee was packing product on [REDACTED] in Case Out. Employee left the line and proceeded to walk around the pallets of rework which included one empty pallet on the floor. While the employee was walking around the empty pallet she ran into the pallet with her right foot causing her to trip and fall. Employee fell hitting both the pallet and floor. The employee 's right hand right side of her face and back waist area hit the pallet. The left side landed on the floor.
