Before the incident

Employee returned from lunch break and was cutting grass with John Deere zero turn lawnmower.

What happened

Employee turned the zero turn lawnmower and the lawnmower rollover bar snagged a power pole brace wire causing the wood power pole to break and fall down. Energized electric lines contacted the lawn mower and employee 's left arm and left lower leg.
