What happened

Associate grabbed barrel to place into equipment. Upon inserting barrel it became lodged. Associate was unable to dislodge by pulling so he placed his L hand into the top of the tube and pushed the barrel with right hand. This action dislodged the barrel with such force pinching his Left fingers.
