Packing bottles.

What happened

Employee was packing on Uniloy 7. There was a table there that wasn 't normally there that had been placed by another operator. An ergo mat was curled up around the foot of the conveyor due to the positioning of this new table. Employee went to grab a bottle from the conveyor as per their job and employee tripped on the ergo mat that was bunched up. Left foot went forward and made a crunching feeling comparable to cracking a knuckle.
