Employee tried to use an unapproved hook to to move a 1046 end bit to the table the end bit fell off of the hook just as it touched the table. Employee had just set his hand down at the edge of the table when the part fell on it he was able to pull his hand out but he sustained injuries. Employee was taken to the ER for treatment.
