What happened

While at a stop sign waiting for cars coming from the left and right sides of the intersection. Vehicle hit the van in the back at the stop sign. Staff was the driver and their foot was on the brake when they felt the hit from the back. Staff had seatbelt on while waiting at the stop sign. From the hit staff was pushed a little against the steering wheel.
