What happened

I had gone into [REDACTED] to answer his pulse ox alarm. I went to the far side of bed to check the chest tube drainage. I sat on a chair w a clean folded up chux on it & felt a sharp poke on my R butt cheek. I found there were tiny broken glass shards on it. glass was small shards and clear.
