Working on the freight conveyor line moving packages from the conveyor to a pallet

What happened

While working on the conveyor line the employee picked up a package that weighed about 10 lbs. The following package he picked up was in the same size box so he thought it weighed the same. However it was actually about 35 pounds instead. The package slipped from his hands and when he tried to prevent the package from falling he felt a sharp pain in his back.
