Driver disclosed to me during the load out process (filling van with packages in the morning before going on a route) that she wanted to ask to switch her schedule to work one day on and one day off. I asked why and she said that during her last route she felt pain in her upper leg near abdomen and mentioned the sciatica as well. She mentioned that when she gave birth and through her labor she suffered this injury originally. She said that she mentioned it to her doctor but never followed up. Now that she has been here the injury is flaring up.
