[REDACTED] and two other employees were moving a partial roll (approx. 100lbs) from one area to another. [REDACTED] was in the front helping push guide the roll to keep it from hitting the guardrail. As they were pushing the roll [REDACTED] could not move the roll quick enough resulting in his hand getting smashed between the guardrail and the roll.
