What happened
EMPLOYEE COULD NOT STAND UP AT THE STANDING DESK AS SHE WAS DIZZY. SHE DID NOT WANT TO MAKE A SCENE. MY PEER DSMS & I WHEELED HER IN A CHAIR TO ONE OF THE WELLNESS PERSONAL ROOMS. THE PARAMEDICS CAME & TOOK HER VITALS AND EKG WERE NORMAL. SHE WAS DIZZY & COULD NOT STAND ON HER OWN. SHE DIDN 'T WANT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL & WANTED TO REFUSE TRANSPORT & LIE DOWN FOR 30MIN. I CONTACTED HER EMERGENCY CONTACT. HE CAME & INSISTED THAT SHE GOT TO THE HOSPITAL.
