What happened

EE was cleaning louvers in warehouse 2. Employee stepped away and rested hand on pallet that was sitting on a storage rack about 4 feet high. EE didn 't realize the pallet was not sitting squarely on the racking and when they touched it it caused a roll of retail film to tip over from a vertical position and strike the EE in the lip.
