On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the operator reported that during his shift on [REDACTED] he accidentally stepped on a slutter Initially he did not feel any pain and did not consider reporting the incident However the following [REDACTED] the operator started experiencing discomfort in his right knee and reported the incident to the supervisor The employee was taken to the service office where he was provided Ibuprofen and an ice pack was applied to the right knee Throughout the shift the employee was closely monitored As a result the incident will be discussed in a safety huddle to remind operators to remain focused on their task and emphasize the importance of reporting any incident regardless of its perceived severity
