EE GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK AND WALKED ON THE DRIVEWAY TOWARDS THE FRONT DOOR TO DELIVER A PACKAGE. HE SLIPPED ON THE ICE CAUSING HIS BODY TO MOVE FORWARD BUT HIS RIGHT LEG WENT BACKWARDS. HE FELT PAIN IN HIS RIGHT FOOT AND KNEE.
