WHILE WALKING TO THE BATHROOM AT THE REST STOP EMPLOYEE STEPPED ON A ROCK WHICH CAUSED HER TO LOSE HER BALANCE AND SHE ENDED UP FALLING FACE FIRST. THIS FALL CAUSED HER HIT HER RIGHT ARM AND CHEST ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING PAIN TO HER ARE CHEST AND RIBS.
