EMPLOYEE MADE IT ABOUT [REDACTED] IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR GETTING READY TO WALK TO THE FRONT DOOR AND WHEN THE OWENER OF THE HOME OPENED THE DOOR INTO THE GARAGE THE DOG CHARGED OUT AND BIT EMPLOYEE ON THE RIGHT LEG. EMPLOYEE SUFFERED PUNCTURE WOUNDS AND BITE WOUNDS AS A RESULT.
