EMPLOYEE WAS ROLLING UP THE CURTAIN THAT DIDN 'T ROLLUP ON ITS OWN. SO THE EMPLOYEE ALONG WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ROLLED UP THE CURTAIN AND THREW THE CURTAIN ON TOP ON THE CONTAINER. BUT WHAT HAPPENED WAS THE CURTAIN BOUNCED OFF THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER AND HIT THE EMPLOYEE ON THE TOP OF THE HEAD.
