COURIER WAS WALKING UP TO A CUSTOMER LOCATION TO MAKE A DELIVERY. IT WAS ICY AND SNOWING SO THE COURIER WAS WALKING TOWARDS THE GRASS THINKING IT WOULD BE SAFER TO WALK ON. AS SHE STEPPED ON TO THE CONCRETE SHE SLIPPED AND FELL ON HER RIGHT HIP AND LEFT KNEE.
