EMPLOYEE WAS PICKING UP A LONG BOX. THE BOX WAS ABOUT 25 POUNDS. I BEND MY KNEES AND WHEN I PULLED IT UP MY BACK WAS IN INSTANT PAIN IT FELT LIKE MY NERVES WERE IN DISTRESS ALL ACROSS MY LOWER BACK.
