EMPLOYEE WAS OFFLOADING A TRK CONTAINER OFF THE CTV TRAILER WHEN THE STRAP ON THE CONTAINER BROKE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING THE CONTAINER OUT FACING THE CONTAINER SO WHEN THE STRAP BROKE HE FELL BACKWARDS AND HIT HIS HEAD ON THE TRAILER FLOOR.
