COURIER WAS STEPPING OUT OF VEHICLE. THEY TRIED TO STEP DOWN ONTO CURB BUT DID NOT LOOK AND MADE AN INCORRECT STEP. THIS CAUSED THEM TO FALL DOWN. AS THEY WERE FALLING DOWN THEY TWISTED THEIR RIGHT LEG.
