RIGHT AFTER MAKING A DELIVERY CUSTOMERS CAME TO DOOR AND COURIER TOOK A STEP BACK SO THEY COULD OPEN THE DOOR. WHILE TURNING TO STEP DOWN THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE CONCRETE THAT HIS ANKLE ROLLED INTO CAUSING HIM TO FALL.
