GAVE RESIDENT A SHOWER IN THE SHOWER ROOM AND TOOK RESIDENT BACK TO THEIR ROOM. WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY SHOWER PAPER OUT OF THE SHOWER ROOM I WAS AT THE SINK AND WALKING OUT AND STEPPED IN WATER AND MY FOOT SLIPPED OVER CAUSING ME TO FALL TO THE FLOOR W ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF ME AND MY LEFT KNEE HIT THE FLOOR . I ENDED UP LANDING ON MY BOTTOM. MY BACK STARTED HURTING.
