WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS CLOSING REAR DOOR FOR FEC TRUCK LEFT HAND PALM FINGER TIPS WERE PARTIALLY INSIDE THE SLAB HINGES RESTING TO HOLD BALANCE AND USED HIS FEET TO CLOSE THE DOOR. THE REAR DOOR CAUGHT LEFT FINGER TIPS WHEN IT WAS PINCHED AND DRIVER PULLED OUT HAND CAUSING INJURY TO HIS HAND DUE TO UNSAFE PROCEDURE.
