THE EMPLOYEE WAS AT A PICKUP STOP AND HAD ROLLED A CART OF PACKAGES TO THEIR TRUCK AND LEANED IT AGAINST BUMPER OF TRUCK. AFTER STEPPING ON THE BUMPER TO ENTER THE TRUCK THE CART MOVED AND CAUGHT THE EMPLOYEE IN THE KNEE AND CAUSED A DEEP CUT ON THE LEFT KNEE.
