[REDACTED] REPORTED INCIDENT TO ACTING MANAGER BUT TOLD HIM HE DID NOT WANT TO REPORT ANYTHING AND THOUGHT HE COULD WORK IT OUT OVER THE WEEKEND. [REDACTED] CALLED OUT [REDACTED] [REDACTED] TO REPORT THE INJURY AND INFORM HE HAD VISITED THE HOSPITAL ON [REDACTED] AND SUSTAINED CONTUSION TO HIS RIGHT RIB.
