EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO PIN THE RETRACT ACTUATOR. AS HE WAS CHECKING FOR GAP CLEARANCE HE STUCK HIS FINGER IN THE HOLE TO SEE HOW MUCH THE TURNBUCKLE NEEDED TO BE TURNED. UNAWARE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE [REDACTED] MOVED THE ACTUATOR AND SLICED HIS FINGER.
