[REDACTED] was facing water bottles when she finished she picked some go backs up. As she was walking she fell.Marilyn can t remember if she tripped over the mat in front of the water machine or slipped. [REDACTED] did not see any water on teh floor. She said her elbow hurt but she was able to continue her shift. She said she went to get out of bed and could not walk. She is not able to put any weight on right leg.
