A millwright was walking through the maintenance shop on [REDACTED] when he believes the fan in the shop blew some debris into his L eye. The EE flushed his eye with sterile saline however on [REDACTED] felt like a piece of debris was still present. The EE treated with a panel clinic and was diagnosed with a scratch. He was removed from work for 1 day out of precaution and cleared to return on [REDACTED].
