Unloading a truck

Employee was working with [REDACTED] to unload a truck a long pallet with a poorly stacked load that was blocking the dock plate from functioning. While manually unloading a heavy stuck item suddenly shifted causing [REDACTED] to lose balance and fall with his foot wedged into the gap between the truck and dock. He asked to see a doctor complaining about pain in his twisted foot (not ankle). [REDACTED] his usual ride took him to [REDACTED] occupational health.
