What happened

Contingent employee was standing on one of our dock plates when the box truck departed the dock The dock plate then dropped as the truck moved away As you can imagine without the support of the truck the dock plate dropped about 6 inches and the employee lost his footing and fell off of the dock He injured his knee in the process
