Before the incident

Employee was removing some potatoes that were stuck under a conveyer using a small hook made out of metal.

What happened

He tripped with the same potatoes that he had just removed from under the belt and fell over his left ring finger. He had a tool on his hand and never let go. When it hit the ground he smashed his finger against the ground and the tool that he had on his hand.
