[REDACTED] was walking across the parking lot (it had been raining the night before and some drizzle during the morning) there was a leaf and a piece of bark on the sidewalk [REDACTED] tripped stepping up to the sidewalk. She started to fall tried to stop herself and went down again falling on both knees and on her hands. She hurt both knees and her left hand palm. The trip was witnessed by [REDACTED] at the AGS Engagement Center I had just pulled into the parking lot at the front.
