What happened

Approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] were proceeding to the time clock to clock out as their shift ended. At the time MWAA airport cleaners were scrubbing the floor with an automatic scrubber which made the surface wet. As a result [REDACTED] slipped and bruised her left knee and leg. [REDACTED] offered to call the paramedics however she declined. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified the DCA leadership team. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] to do a wellness check. At [REDACTED] Safety Coordinator [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] participated in a VAT assessment with VAT Specialist [REDACTED]. VAT Specialist [REDACTED] recommended continuous icing to alleviate the pain.
