walking through welding area - said there was a gap in the welding curtain where weld flash could be seen
What happened
worker did not notice any problem at work. After worker left blurry vision and itchiness began in eyes. Worker suspected flash burn and went to ER to be checked out. He did not notify work. Employer was not aw3are of injury until bill from hospital came in mail. Contacted worker to come in and fill out injury report.
