Before the incident

At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I received an admit from ER. Patient was able to scoot from cart to bed easily but asked me if she can hold my hand so she can center herself on bed. After [REDACTED] I turned and felt pain on my right groin radiating to anterior thigh. The pain gets worse when I walk. I put ice compress but continue to hurt during weight bearing.
