Walking into the nutrition room.

What happened

Reported to PCL there was a leak coming from the water machine. PCL called to have it fixed some time passed and they said the leak was fixed. Later on I was walking into the nutrition room to get a patient water and took 1 step into the room and immediately fell due to standing water.
