Before the incident

patient started to kick and swing at public safety. I went forward towards the patient mean while he swings at me trying to hit my face and then i did a physical hold on his arm and head. He was using all his force to get out of my physical hold.

I was about to put physical hold on patient before doing that he started to fight me by swinging his close fist at me.
