Before the incident

Patient 's dressings being changed to Patient 's Right Upper Arm. Packing Iodoform dressing to wounds. As bleeding wounds were being packed with iodoform the iodoform long strips were being cut with a newly opened surgical blade.

What happened

As the last bleeding wound was being packed with iodoform and the iodoform strip was being cut the surgical blade stuck my left index finger through the gloved hand causing my finger to bleed.
