What happened

RN slipped on the wet floor and landed on the right hip and right knee on the floor. Noted some areas on the hallway was wet from the push vacuum being used by housekeeping staff. No wet sign noted. No apparent injuries noted but sustained mild to moderate pain a few hours after the incident. ROM is adequate.
