Before the incident

Team Member was operating the Gantry [REDACTED] seat inside the cab of the crane. The crane was gantrying to the east and came into contact with end stops

What happened

On impact with the end stops. The impact was sufficient enough to cause the Team Member to shift in their seat and resulted in objects on the shelf above their head to fall this resulted in one of the edges of those objects making contact to the left side of the Team Member heads inflicting a laceraction
