[REDACTED] slipped and fell off trailer while offloading injuring his right ankle [REDACTED] called the office advising that while attempting to complete a live unload at [REDACTED] he lost his footing slipped and fell off the trailer causing injury to his right ankle He mentioned that he just twisted his ankle and was in a little bit of pain but was fine to continue working I then notified him that he should go to the clinic however he refused medical attention at that point and again insisted that he was good
