What happened

[REDACTED] was offloading 2 x 12 x 20‘ LVL from the forklift to the autodeck for the [REDACTED]. While unloading the boards from the forks to the autodeck he was sliding the boards onto the deck and he was focused on making sure the boards did not fall off the autodeck. As the board slid from the fort to the boards on the autodeck it dropped and his hand was between the board and the board on the auto deck. These boards weigh a significant amount of weight and it is easy to let them drop a little bit as they are moved from one surface to another. [REDACTED] was wearing gloves at the time but the weight of the board still impacted his hand as it came off the forks.
