DRIVER WAS PULLING INTO KERMIT [REDACTED] PLANT WHEN HE WAS REAR ENDED

What happened

PB [REDACTED] Mix driver was pulling into batch plant. Was struck from behind by Chevy [REDACTED]. The driver of the Chevy [REDACTED] admitted to being on phone in police report. Driver made contact with the back of our ready mix truck going at approximately 20 mph. The ready mix truck had rear bumper damage. PB Driver was not injured at the time. But did call [REDACTED] complaining of back pain. PB driver was taken to Monohans ER and released to return to work full duty 1.25.23.
