What happened

Walking over to clean the scope and the stryker mat on the floor slipped. I caught myself on the scope tower with my right elbow and proceeded to fall to my knees. Immediately felt pain in right shoulder and right hip. Placed ice to right shoulder and notified Charge RN and Nurse manager.
