What happened

Sprained Ankle Employee was operating the [REDACTED] burn table when the injury occurred. He was in the process of removing a part (port block) from 6” material using a hand magnet. With the part attached to the magnet he was moving away from the table a tripped over the rail of the [REDACTED]. This caused his ankle to roll over and support a majority of his body weight on the ankle the rolled over.
