What happened

Employee was in the process of installing metal trim - in order to do this they first had to cut back the TPO Employee was in the process of installing metal trim - in order to do this they first had to cut back the TPOpushed out. As the employee was cutting the TPO with a hook blade they sliced their right index finger. Employee is left handed and was cutting towards their body - while they were wearing gloves the cut resistance was only Level A1. The employee was also cutting in an awkward unnatural position.
