What happened

Employee was in the process of relocating a baker scaffold. The baker scaffold had 6-inch block sitting on its platform. While wheeling the baker the employee attempted to maneuver around a wheel barrow. At this time the baker scaffold made contact with the wheel barrow causing the 6-inch block to fall off and hit the employee in the right shin.
